The Founder
I operate Ademola Trade Enterprise — an outdoor and landscaping services LLC in Arlington, TX — and I'm building Ademola Holdings as the long-term structure to acquire and scale businesses over time. My background includes hands-on work in skilled trades, engineering education, and technology, and I've spent time teaching K-12 STEAM engineering through Haking Innovation.
My background sits at the intersection of education, skilled trades, and technology. I'm not coming from a finance background. I'm coming from a builder background — and I believe that's the edge.
The Vision
Ademola Holdings is a private equity holding company — built to acquire, improve, and scale businesses over the long term. The vision isn't to flip. It's to own.
The thesis is straightforward: find businesses with strong fundamentals and weak systems, bring operational clarity, and grow them into durable cash-flowing assets. Starting with what I know — trades, education, local services — and expanding from there.
